- Extensive hands-on experience as an architect/ technical lead in at least one or two of the specified domains within the Oracle technology stack: N
- Analytics – OAC, ODI & Oracle BI tools N
- Integration – OIC, SOA N
- Extension Development –VBCS, APEX, JAVA N
- Proficiency/ expertise in GenAI, RAG, LLMs, AI governance, prompt engineering, evaluation, or AI project delivery is desired N
- Strong expertise in end-to-end solutions, with the ability to strategize and execute projects effectively N
- Define and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational and customer goals;
proactively identify risks, dependencies, and commercial considerations, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive timely resolution. N
- Considerable experiencein following Agile development methodologies and best practices. N




- Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, along with leveraging AI-driven tools (e.G., ChatGPT) to enhance productivity, reporting, and decision-making. N
- Lead delivery with a strong focus on customer outcomes, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, meet quality standards, and deliver measurable business value. N
- Champion innovation andcontinuous improvement by encouraging the adoption of contemporary technologies, agile methodologies, and industry best practices to enhance team productivity and delivery excellence. N
- Exhibit excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical and business concepts;
highly proficient in creating impactful presentations and reports using tools N
