As a Workday Perks Senior Associate - Consult, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on optimizing clients' human resources processes and enhancing talent management to help them achieve their strategic objectives.
