Role Description The Business Growth Lead is a full time remote role responsible for driving user acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion across Gyanis’ key regions and product lines. This role includes developing and executing growth strategies,



managing end-to-end business planning, and collaborating with product, marketing, and partnerships teams to identify and validate new opportunities. The Business Growth Lead will analyze performance metrics, design and run growth experiments, and optimize funnels for institutions, educators, parents, and students. Day-to-day work involves building and maintaining strategic relationships, gathering customer insights, refining value propositions, and preparing business cases and forecasts for leadership. The role also includes supporting go-to-market initiatives, improving customer journeys, and ensuring high standards of customer service and communication across all touchpoints.
