nWhat You'll Do

- Lead and strengthen the academic programme across Classes 1–6.n
- Coach and mentor teachers to deliver high-quality, student-centred learning.n
- Drive curriculum implementation, instructional excellence, and student outcomes.n
- Partner with parents, school leadership, and cross-functional teams to create an enriching school experience.n
- Contribute to whole-school improvement and innovation initiatives.n

nWe're Looking For
n




- n
- 8–10+ years of teaching experience in Primary or Middle School.n
- 5+ years in an academic leadership or coordination role.n
- Strong expertise in curriculum, pedagogy, teacher coaching, and school operations.n
- Experience in IB, Cambridge, or progressive CBSE/CISCE schools is highly valued.n
