Role Description The Field Manager role at Helloverify is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Patna Area. The Field Manager will oversee day-to-day field operations,



including coordinating and supervising verification executives, ensuring accurate and timely completion of address and document checks, and maintaining high-quality standards across all field activities. This role involves planning daily routes and workloads, resolving on-ground operational issues, and acting as a primary contact between the field team and central operations. The Field Manager will monitor performance metrics, implement process improvements, and ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and data protection guidelines. The role also includes training and mentoring field staff, preparing regular reports on productivity and compliance, and supporting client requirements related to field verifications.
