▪️8–15 years of relevant experience
▪️Solid Retail Banking Operations + Transformation experience — both are mandatory
▪️Proven experience in process redesign, process re-engineering, process simplification and/or Target Operating Model (TOM)
▪️Experience driving cross-functional change and end-to-end delivery
▪️Good understanding of operational risk, controls and governance
▪️Customer/Client Onboarding or Account Opening experience strongly preferred
▪️Exposure to KYC / CDD / AML / CLM will be an advantage
