Opticos is a Swedish management consulting firm with a strong IT management practice. We are currently looking for a Business Architect to join our India office, located in Bengaluru.

About the role:

As a Business Architect at Opticos, you will help our clients transform their IT-enabled business operations. You will contribute to improving service delivery and ensuring that technology is effectively aligned with overarching business goals.
You address complex data and business challenges by devising innovative and practical solutions.
You collaborate with diverse, multi-cultural teams, demonstrating empathy in your approach to work.
You adopt a holistic perspective in solution design by thoroughly understanding both intricate details and the broader vision.
You maintain a strong focus on quality and take end-to-end ownership of your deliverables.
You manage stakeholders efficiently by building robust relationships with clients and internal teams and have experience from facilitating workshops and training programs.

Candidate Requirements

5–8 years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas: Service Oriented Architecture, IT process design, and ITSM processes.
Experience collaborating with Solution Architects, Data Architects, and Application Portfolio Managers.
Solid understanding of business processes and the technological components that support them in large enterprise settings.
Background in sectors such as Manufacturing, Retail, BFSI, or Energy & Utilities, with a preference for experience on European projects.
