THE ROLE
We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist who can take influencer campaigns from brief to execution with strong ownership, attention to detail, and execution rigour.
This role is for someone who understands that great influencer marketing isn't just about finding creators — it's about finding the right creators, getting the campaign live correctly and on time, managing multiple moving parts, and ensuring every execution delivers against the brief and campaign objective.
You should be highly organised, comfortable working with large creator sets and tight timelines, and have enough creative understanding to identify creators and content ideas that feel relevant to the brand and audience.
SCOPE OF WORK




Understand client briefs and translate them into explicit influencer campaign execution plans.
Identify, research, shortlist, and recommend relevant creators based on campaign objectives, audience, content quality, platform, category fit, and budget.
Own creator outreach, negotiation, commercials, deliverables, timelines, and campaign coordination.
Manage the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns across multiple creators and platforms.
Coordinate with creators, client servicing, creative, strategy, and internal operations teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
Brief creators clearly on brand requirements, content guidelines, mandatory messaging, dos and don'ts, and deliverables.
Track creator confirmations, content submissions, revisions, approvals, posting schedules, and final deliverables.
Ensure campaigns go live accurately, on time, and in accordance with client and platform requirements.
