Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation.



The Human Resources Manager will partner with leadership to design and execute people strategies that support business goals, manage employee relations and conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Day-to-day activities include coordinating recruitment processes, maintaining HR records, conducting training and development initiatives, managing compensation and advantages administration, and supporting organizational culture and change management. The individual will also analyze HR metrics, recommend improvements, and act as a trusted advisor to managers and team members.
