NeoLife is expanding its global presence and building its operations in India. As we establish our business and operational infrastructure in the market, we are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to play a key role in building and supporting our India operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join NeoLife at an early stage of our growth in India.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Operations Manager will serve as a key operational leader for NeoLife India Private Limited, responsible for supporting the setup and day-to-day management of business operations, finance and accounting oversight, compliance, vendor management, and cross-functional execution in-country.
The role oversees multiple areas including supply chain and importation, contract manufacturing coordination, distribution and logistics, finance and accounting, human resources, information technology, and collaboration across Operations and Field Development.

As NeoLife India operates as a lean, growing entity,



the Operations Manager must be a hands-on generalist who can execute tactically while building the systems, processes, and operational discipline required for scalable growth. A solid accounting and financial management background is essential, including direct oversight of accounting controls and monthly close.

Serve as a key operational point of contact for NeoLife's in-country functions.
Establish operational priorities, KPIs, and accountability aligned with global strategy.
