Lead and manage external stakeholder engagement to support the company's renewable energy projects and business objectives. The role is responsible for developing robust relationships with government authorities, regulatory agencies, local administration, communities, industry bodies, and other key stakeholders to facilitate project development, approvals, and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
Government & Regulatory Liaison
Develop and maintain relationships with Central and State Government departments.
Liaise with District Administration, Revenue, Forest, Police, Electricity Boards, and Regulatory Authorities.
Obtain support for project approvals, statutory clearances, and business initiatives.
Monitor policy developments and advise management on regulatory changes impacting business operations.
Stakeholder Management
Build strategic relationships with key external stakeholders,
industry associations, and influencers.
Represent the organization in meetings with government agencies and industry forums.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure positive engagement with local communities.
Project Facilitation
Support project development teams in securing permissions, approvals, and NOCs.
Resolve local administrative and community issues that may impact project execution.
Coordinate with internal departments to address stakeholder concerns effectively.
Policy Advocacy & Intelligence
Track developments in renewable energy, land, power, and infrastructure policies.
Provide insights on emerging government initiatives and their potential business impact.
Participate in industry consultations and policy discussions.
Crisis & Risk Management
Anticipate and mitigate external risks affecting project execution and operations.
