Role Description This is an on-site Sales Officer role based in Varanasi. The Sales Officer will be responsible for engaging with customers at designated points-of-sale, explaining product features and benefits, and assisting with loan applications and documentation. The role involves generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and meeting assigned sales and productivity targets.



The Sales Officer will coordinate with channel partners, maintain accurate sales records, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. The position also requires providing post-sales support, handling customer queries, and contributing to a positive customer experience.
Qualifications

Solid Customer Service skills with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships.
Lead Generation and basic Sales Operations skills to identify prospects and manage the sales process.
Effective Communication skills to explain products clearly and handle customer queries.
Experience or interest in Channel Sales, working with retail partners and PoS networks.
Minimum higher secondary (10+2) qualification; a graduate degree in any discipline is an advantage.
Prior experience in consumer finance, retail banking, or FMCG/retail sales is beneficial.
