Share product/service updates, recent features, or add-on offerings to keep clients informed and interested.

Upselling & Cross-Selling

Coordinate with support, operations, and product teams to resolve client queries quickly.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, renewals, and account activities in CRM.
Share regular updates and reports on client feedback, account health, retention rates, and revenue contribution.
