Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate based in Gurugram.



The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, following up with prospective students and parents, and nurturing relationships to drive enrollments and institutional partnerships. Daily activities include conducting market research on international education trends, preparing and delivering presentations about BCES services, and participating in seminars, events, and in-office counseling sessions to promote the organization. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth communication, maintaining accurate records in CRM or other tracking tools, and contributing to business development strategies to expand BCES’s reach. The associate will also respond to inquiries, provide clear information about programs and processes, and uphold a high standard of service and professionalism.
