Learning Routes is looking for a passionate and energetic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing team
? Location: Sector 44, Gurgaon
? Salary: ₹27,000 – ₹28,000
?️ Working Days: Monday to Saturday
? Job Responsibilities:
• Handling end-to-end recruitment process
• Sourcing and screening candidates through different job portals
• Conducting initial HR interviews and shortlisting profiles
• Managing around 100 calls daily
• Coordinating interviews and follow-ups with candidates
• Ensuring smooth onboarding and candidate engagement
• Achieving monthly joining targets of 7–8 candidates
? Skills Required:
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills
• Robust coordination and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented and proactive approach
• Good understanding of recruitment processes
