Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing Executive.



The role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social media, email, and display to support brand visibility and lead generation for the company’s agriculture and construction product lines. The executive will manage performance marketing activities, including media planning, campaign setup, optimization, and reporting on platforms like Google Ads, social media ad managers, and other relevant tools. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data and KPIs, refining targeting and creatives, coordinating with sales and business teams to align campaigns with commercial objectives, and maintaining consistent brand messaging across digital touchpoints. The position also requires staying updated with digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and best practices to propose new initiatives that improve reach, engagement, and return on ad spend.
