Role Description
We're looking for an experienced Media Buyer with a strong track record in native and social advertising to join our growing paid media team. You'll own campaign performance across multiple ad accounts and platforms, with a focus on native (Taboola, Outbrain) and social (Meta, TikTok), while helping us scale into ecommerce and nutra verticals. This role is ideal for someone who has managed real budgets, knows how to scale winning campaigns fast, and understands the nuances of compliance-heavy and high-velocity verticals.





Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage large-scale campaigns across native platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, and similar) and social platforms (Meta, TikTok, NewsBreak)
Own campaign performance end-to-end: spend, CPL/CPA, CTR, ROAS/ROI, and scaling decisions
Build and execute media buying strategy for ecommerce and nutra verticals alongside existing insurance/Medicare/financial verticals
Continuously test creatives, angles, landing pages, and audiences to find and scale winners
Manage budgets across multiple ad accounts/BMs, including account health, spend limits, and troubleshooting disapprovals or restrictions
Analyze performance data daily and make quick, data-driven optimization decisions
Collaborate with the creative team to brief and iterate on new ad creative based on performance insights
Stay ahead of platform policy changes, native/social ad trends, and compliance require
