Role Description The Senior Construction General Manager / Vice President is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Ghaziabad, responsible for overseeing end-to-end project delivery across waterproofing, structural rehabilitation, façade, and interior finishing projects.



This role leads multi-disciplinary teams, manages multiple project sites, and ensures that work is executed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include strategic planning, resource allocation, contract and stakeholder management, and coordination with clients, consultants, and internal departments. The role also involves reviewing project designs and specifications, monitoring financial performance, mitigating risks, and implementing process improvements for operational efficiency. The Senior Construction General Manager / Vice President will mentor project leaders, support business development initiatives, and represent Agrani Group in senior-level client discussions and negotiations.
