Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts team.
•⁠ ⁠Drive Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.
•⁠ ⁠Manage month-end and year-end financial closing.
•⁠ ⁠Ensure accuracy of financial statements and compliance with accounting standards.
•⁠ ⁠Implement and optimize ERP and accounting systems to improve operational efficiency.
•⁠ ⁠Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and business profitability.
•⁠ ⁠Strengthen internal controls and support audits.
•⁠ ⁠Partner with senior leadership on financial strategy and business planning.

Preferred Qualification

? CA or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute.

Preferred Experience

•⁠ ⁠8–15 years of experience in Corporate Finance & Accounting.
•⁠ ⁠Proven experience leading Finance teams and mentoring professionals.
•⁠ ⁠Hands-on experience in ERP implementation, finance transformation, and process improvements.
•⁠ ⁠Strong exposure to corporate environments with structured financial processes.
•⁠ ⁠Experience working with global stakeholders or international businesses will be an added advantage.
