If you have a keen interest in tax laws and want hands-on exposure to complex litigation matters, this is a great opportunity to build a strong foundation for your career.

? What you will get to work on:

Legal Drafting: Craft robust factual and legal submissions for Regular Assessments, Transfer Pricing Assessments, Investigations, and CIT Appellate proceedings, etc.

Appellate Representation: Actively assist in complex appellate proceedings, formulate case strategies, and support before tax authorities.

Deep-Dive Research: Apply complex case laws and statutes (Income Tax Act, Black Money Act, etc.) to live client scenarios.

End-to-End Exposure: Gain hands-on experience across the full cycle of assessments, appeals, investigations, and penalty proceedings.

Section 154 Rectifications:



Resolve CPC demands, processing errors, and mismatches by drafting exact rectification applications.

Compliance: File applications for Tax Residency Certificates (TRC) and Lower Tax Deduction Certificates (LTDC), etc.

A proactive attitude and a genuine eagerness to learn the nuances of tax litigation.
