Role Description

We're looking for a Sales Executive who can turn warm leads into confirmed travelers. You'll be the person leads talk to after they discover us.

Key responsibilities:

Working inbound leads that come in through our ads and social channels, mostly via WhatsApp and calls.
Qualifying travelers, understanding what they're looking for, and matching them to the right departure or custom trip.
Sharing itineraries, answering questions,



and guiding people confidently to a confirmed seat.
Keeping every lead updated and moving inside our CRM, with clean notes and quick response times.
Following up consistently so no warm lead goes cold.
Coordinating with the founders and operations on trip details, availability, and custom requests.

Note: This is a target-driven role. You'll own your pipeline and your numbers, and you'll have the tools, automation, and support to hit them.

Qualifications

Sales and Customer Service skills: Experience in sales, lead generation, client relationship management, and providing excellent customer service.
Communication skills: Proven ability to articulate ideas effectively, with proficient verbal and written communication skills.
Organization and Coordination abilities: Robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple client needs and timelines simultaneously.
