Role Description The Housekeeping Manager at Silver Monk Events is a full-time, in office role based in Chandigarh. This role oversees housekeeping operations across event venues, ensuring cleanliness, order,



and high standards of presentation in guest areas, back-of-house spaces, and storage zones. The Housekeeping Manager plans and assigns daily tasks to housekeeping staff, monitors performance, and ensures that event-specific requirements are met for conferences, offsites, and brand experiences. Responsibilities include supervising room and venue setups, coordinating laundry services, managing inventory of cleaning supplies and linen, and maintaining safety and hygiene standards. The role also involves resolving guest and client service requests, collaborating with event and hospitality teams, training new staff, and supporting hiring and scheduling to ensure adequate staffing for each event.
