About The Role

Fortive's HR Technology team is deploying Oracle HCM AI Agents across our global HR function — automating workflows for managers, HR professionals, and employees. As an intern on this team, you'll work directly on the configuration, testing, and documentation of Oracle AI Agents while gaining hands-on exposure to enterprise HR systems architecture, integrations, and AI governance. This is a high-visibility role ideal for students with a technical curiosity for AI-powered enterprise platforms.

What You'll Do

Oracle HCM AI Agent Testing & Configuration

Support configuration and testing of Oracle AI Agents including Manager Concierge, HCM Professional Concierge, Personal Information Assistant, and Salary Change Agent.
Execute structured test scenarios and log results in the HCM AI Testing Log; document pass/fail outcomes, edge cases, and recommended fixes.
Review and validate AI agent system prompts against HR policy and data privacy standards.




Assist in preparing agent readiness checklists for Works Council, Legal, and IT Security sign-off.

Oracle HCM Technical Support

Assist with Oracle HCM Cloud configuration tasks — including HCM Data Loader (HDL) file preparation, Rapid Formula basics, and Profile Options review.
Draft functional documentation for HR workflows, business process flows, and configuration change records.

AI Governance & Documentation

Help build and maintain AI governance artifacts including agent capability matrices, data privacy impact summaries, and Works Council briefing materials.
Research Oracle Fusion AI best practices and contribute to internal knowledge-base documentation.
Assist in creating PowerPoint and Word deliverables for AI steering committee and HR leadership updates.

What You Bring

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources Technology, or a related field.
