Role Description The telecaller role at Vantage Systems Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing customers, provide information about products and services,



and support sales and customer service activities. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, qualifying prospects, explaining unified communication and AV solutions, updating call records in the system, and scheduling follow-ups or meetings for the sales team. The telecaller will also address basic inquiries, escalate complex issues when needed, and maintain a professional and courteous communication style that aligns with company standards.

Qualifications
