Role Description The Certified Personal Trainer role at CosmoWellness is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurgaon. The trainer will design and deliver individualized workout programs, conduct fitness assessments, and guide clients through protected and effective exercise sessions aligned with their goals and health status.



Day-to-day responsibilities include demonstrating proper exercise techniques, monitoring progress, maintaining accurate client records, and adjusting programs as needed. The role also involves providing basic nutrition and lifestyle guidance, collaborating with other wellness professionals, supporting group classes or workshops as required, and ensuring a clean, safe training environment. The trainer is expected to actively engage with members, motivate clients, and contribute to a positive, professional atmosphere within the facility.
Qualifications

Strong skills in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction, with the ability to design and deliver individualized and group programs.
Experience with Circuit Training and Sports Coaching to support diverse client goals, including performance, endurance, and functional fitness.
