About the role

We're looking for a proactive, entrepreneurial Partnerships & Growth Intern to join our Founder's Office and work closely with the leadership team on Adnova's growth. You'll primarily focus on building Adnova's partnerships ecosystem by identifying, engaging, and onboarding strategic partners, while also contributing to cross-functional projects across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Product. It's a first-hand look at how a fast-growing B2B SaaS company is built and scaled.

Roles & Responsibilities





Identify and research potential strategic partners, including agencies, consultants, communities, and industry influencers.
Reach out to prospective partners over email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Build and nurture relationships with potential partners and guide them through the onboarding process.
Support and coordinate partnership discussions, and help prepare and follow up on partnership agreements.
Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of partnership opportunities.
Work closely with the founders to identify and execute strategic growth initiatives.
Conduct market and competitor research, and identify emerging opportunities in the marketing-technology ecosystem.
Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to launch and manage partnership programs.
Help plan webinars, co-marketing campaigns, affiliate programs, and other strategic collaborations.
