We're Hiring: Junior Technical Lead / Code Reviewer & Backend Developer

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (On-Site)

Salary: Rs. 20,000 – 30,000 / month (Based on experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented, disciplined Developer to step in as our primary Code Gatekeeper. You will be responsible for reviewing Pull Requests (PRs), ensuring existing features do not break when new updates are pushed, and maintaining codebase stability. If you take pride in clean code, love finding edge cases, and want to build solid development workflows, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
- PR Gatekeeping: Review all incoming Pull Requests from developers before they are merged into the main codebase.
- Regression Prevention: Manually and programmatically test changes locally to verify that new updates do not break existing functionality.
- Branch Management: Enforce Git workflows (branching strategies, PR standards, clean commit history).
- Code Quality Checks: Ensure developers follow coding standards, error handling patterns, and performance guidelines.




- Basic CI/CD Maintenance: Help set up and enforce automated GitHub/GitLab actions for pre-merge testing.

Tech Stack You'll Work With

Our product is a WhatsApp-native AI platform. You will be reviewing code written on this stack daily, so hands-on familiarity is essential.

Core (Must Have)
- Node.js + JavaScript (ES6+): Primary backend language — async patterns, error handling, event-driven code.
- MongoDB: Primary database — schema design, indexing, aggregation pipelines, atomic writes.
- Redis: Caching, locks, and feature flags/kill switches.
- BullMQ: Job queues — workers, retries, idempotency, failure handling.
- Git & GitHub: Branching, worktrees, PR review workflows, GitHub Actions.
- Testing: Jest (or similar) — unit/integration tests, mock fixtures that mirror real schemas.
