? What We Are Looking For:

LMS & eLearning Development Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining engaging learning solutions across a variety of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning authoring platforms, with a strong focus on learner experience, functionality, and scalability.

Instructional Design Mastery: Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, learning science, content structuring, storyboarding,



and assessment design to create effective and impactful learning experiences.

? Work Structure & Advantages:

Shift: US Shifts (Night Shifts)
Work Mode: Pure WFO (Work from Office)
Location: Sector 142, Noida
Schedule: 5 Days a Week (Fixed Offs - Saturday & Sunday)
