The OpportunityWe're looking for a creative, strategic, and performance-driven Digital Marketing & Brand Communications Specialist to own our digital presence and strengthen our brand across every platform that matters.




This is not a social media management role. It is a brand and growth mandate - you will develop campaigns that convert, craft stories that position DELARTIS as a category leader, and build the systems that turn visibility into revenue. You'll work directly with the founders and creative teams, shaping how the world experiences the DELARTIS brand.
What Success Looks Like (Key Performance Indicators)This role is measured on business outcomes, not activity. Your core KPIs will include:
- Sales conversion — qualified leads converting into signed projects and revenue
- Brand recognition — measurable growth in DELARTIS's visibility and reputation, nationally and internationally
- Client attraction — growth in inbound interest from luxury residential, hospitality, retail, and corporate segments
- Funnel performance — improved conversion at every stage: awareness → engagement → qualified lead →
