We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team supporting a Canada-based insurance company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for issuing and uploading insurance policies while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Issue insurance policies accurately as per guidelines
2. Upload and maintain policy records in the system
3. Review documents for completeness and correctness
4. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
5. Ensure timely processing of all assigned tasks
6. Maintain high standards of data quality and compliance

Requirements:
1. Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
3. Basic knowledge of insurance processes (preferred but not mandatory)
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
5. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications
