About the Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated Graduate Engineering Intern – Automation & Controls to join Futuric’s engineering team in Chennai.
Working closely with Futuric’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and engineering team, you will contribute to the design, development,



testing, and implementation of industrial automation and smart manufacturing solutions.
You will gain exposure to real manufacturing challenges and projects across Australia, the GCC, India, and the wider Asia-Pacific region.
This opportunity is ideal for a final-year engineering student or recent graduate who enjoys solving technical problems, experimenting with technology, and turning engineering concepts into practical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
You will support Futuric’s engineering activities across areas including:
Assisting with the design and development of industrial automation and control system solutions
Supporting PLC, HMI, sensor, and industrial communication system integration
Assisting with IoT device configuration, data acquisition, and machine connectivity
Supporting integration between industrial equipment and Futuric’s NEXA platform
Preparing engineering drawings, sys
