About the Role
We are looking for a confident and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, conducting virtual product demonstrations, understanding customer requirements, and converting leads into sales for MyGate Smart Locks.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct virtual product demonstrations for prospective customers.
* Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and installation process.
* Handle inbound leads and proactively follow up with potential customers.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend the right smart lock solution.
* Maintain regular follow-ups throughout the sales cycle.
* Convert qualified leads into successful sales.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.




* Maintain and update lead status and customer information in CRM.
* Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and installation.
* Build strong customer relationships and ensure a smooth buying experience.
* Track personal performance and continuously work on improving conversion rates.

Skills & Requirements

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
* Comfortable conducting sales calls and virtual demos.
* Target-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
* Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
* Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office/Google Workspace.
* Prior experience in inside sales, telesales, BDE, or virtual sales is preferred.
* Freshers with strong communication and a sales-oriented mindset can also apply.
