We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager - Vendor and System Resilience.

An exciting role has arisen for a motivated and adaptable individual to work within our MSS Operations - Data Operations team as Vendor & System Resilience Analyst.




The Vendor and System Resilience Analyst role will be responsible for managing and tracking the performance of key Data Ops Vendors and producing MI for inclusion in the relevant governance forums.
The individual will act as an escalation point for Vendor operational issues and will track all remedial actions in order to ensure the actions are closed in a timely manner.
The role also involves working with the Market Data services team to better understand consumer consumption patterns and cost save opportunities. The role will support Service Delivery, Product and Change teams in their efforts to automate current manually supported tasks as well as reviewing and understanding any data Vendor enhancements throughout the year.
Supporting the VSR team to provide governance of all Data Ops third party relationships. Representing HSBC when escalating issues to third party data providers. Helping to minimize impact of any outages by keeping the Service delivery and consumers informed with clear communication and direction.
