Role Description The ELearning Project Manager (Edtech) at CAREERBLOC is a full-time, in office role based in Noida. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring end-to-end e-learning projects, ensuring courses are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with instructional and business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with content creators, instructional designers, and technical teams; managing project timelines, resources,



and risks; and overseeing quality checks for e-learning modules before launch. The ELearning Project Manager will track progress through regular status updates, resolve operational issues, and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned on project goals and deliverables. The role also involves optimizing project workflows, supporting logistics related to content deployment, and contributing to continuous improvement of project management practices across the organization.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
