We are looking for a Delegate Acquisition Executive to join our team and take ownership of acquiring high-quality corporate delegates for our B2B events.
Role Overview
As a Delegate Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, approaching, engaging, and converting relevant corporate professionals into delegates for Tech Trek Events' B2B conferences, meetings, and networking initiatives.




You will interact with senior professionals across European organizations and build relationships that result in qualified delegate participation and valuable B2B business meetings.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outbound communication, relationship building, persuasion, research, and achieving measurable targets.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify relevant companies and decision-makers across European markets.
Identify senior professionals such as CEOs, Founders, CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, IT Heads, Procurement Heads, and other business leaders who fit the event's delegate profile.
Build and maintain a high-quality database of potential delegates.
Conduct outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, telephone, and other skilled channels.
Engage prospects and clearly communicate the value and relevance of Tech Trek Events.
Understand a prospect's professional profile and determine their suitability for specific events.
Qualify prospects and convert them into confirmed event delegates.
Conduct regular and effective follow-ups to maximize conversions.
