Role Description The Customer Service Point Operator role at Eko is an in office position based in Kangra. The Operator will manage day-to-day customer interactions at a designated service point, assisting customers with transactions, account inquiries, and basic financial services. Responsibilities include verifying customer details, processing deposits and withdrawals, explaining product features,



and helping customers use digital and assisted banking services. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, handling cash responsibly, resolving basic issues, and escalating complex problems when needed. The Operator will support local entrepreneurs and community members by providing reliable, courteous, and efficient service aligned with Eko’s standards and compliance guidelines.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication abilities, including clear verbal interaction and active listening.
Basic financial literacy and comfort handling cash, transactions, and simple recordkeeping.
Ability to use smartphones, point-of-sale devices, and basic computer applications for daily operations.
Attention to detail, reliability, and integrity in managing customer information and financial activities.
