About The Opportunity
A quick-scaling digital-first brand in the D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) commerce space, we’re building category-leading experiences that blend seamless UX, data-driven personalization, and agile supply chain execution. Our ecommerce specialists own the full funnel — from acquisition and conversion to retention and LTV optimization — working cross-functionally to turn traffic into revenue and customers into advocates.
Role & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end ecommerce operations across owned channels (website, app, social commerce) to maximize conversion rate, AOV, and retention metrics.
Execute performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok) with a focus on ROAS, CAC, and funnel efficiency — using UTM tracking, pixeling, and attribution modeling.
Optimize product pages, checkout flows, and post-purchase journeys using heatmaps, A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO), and behavioral analytics (Hotjar, Google Analytics 4).
Collaborate with supply chain and logistics to reduce delivery time, cart abandonment,
and returns — ensuring frictionless fulfillment for 3PL and fulfillment centers.
Partner with CRM and loyalty teams to build segmented re-marketing flows, win-back campaigns, and personalized email/SMS sequences using Klaviyo or similar tools.
Monitor real-time dashboards, report on KPIs (revenue, CTR, CR, churn), and present data-driven recommendations to leadership weekly.
