We're looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Strategist who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to build and scale Plastic Bank's digital growth engine. This is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on acquiring customers, increasing digital revenue, and establishing scalable growth systems across both B2B and B2C channels.

Your main focus will be attracting and closing small businesses. Success equals they signed up and bought something, not just gaining impressions or registrations.

What You'll Own
You'll be accountable for measurable business growth, including:




Generate $3M+ in new annual revenue by building and scaling digital acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies across both B2B and B2C channels, with a strong emphasis on growing Plastic Bank's self-serve subscription business.
Acquire 15,000+ new paying customers across one-time purchases and recurring subscription offerings through scalable digital growth initiatives.
Continuously improve key growth metrics including conversion rates, customer acquisition efficiency, subscriber retention, marketing ROI and lifetime customer value.

What You'll Do
Develop and execute full-funnel growth marketing strategies across acquisition, activation, conversion, retention and referral.
Solid understanding of converting small businesses.
Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across digital channels.
Improve website and landing page conversion through testing and optimization.
Design lifecycle marketing program
