As the Supervisor, Order Management, you will lead the daily execution of ORBCOMM's order management operations, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with established service level agreements. You'll supervise a team of Order Management Specialists while serving as the first point of escalation for operational issues, balancing workload priorities and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Success, and other cross-functional partners, you'll help optimize the order-to-ship lifecycle,



improve operational performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This role is based out of our Hyderabad office. We operate in an onsite work environment.

What You'll Do

Team Leadership & Daily Operations

Lead the day-to-day activities of the Order Management team, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and within established service level agreements.
Assign, prioritize, and balance workloads to support daily operational demands and business priorities.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members while reinforcing standard work, operational procedures, and best practices.
Support the onboarding and training of current team members.
Monitor team attendance, productivity, and operational coverage tomaintainbusiness continuity.

Order Management & Operational Execution

Oversee daily order entry, validation, and fulfillment activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
