Role Description The Global CATI Operations Lead is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing end-to-end Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) operations for multiple markets and studies. This role manages daily CATI project execution,



including resource planning, interviewer scheduling, and performance monitoring to ensure timely, high-quality data collection. The individual will define and implement global CATI processes, standard operating procedures, and quality controls, and will collaborate closely with project managers, survey programmers, and data teams to align operations with study requirements. The Global CATI Operations Lead will track productivity and key performance indicators, troubleshoot operational issues, and drive continuous improvement in efficiency, respondent experience, and data reliability. The role also includes training, mentoring, and supervising CATI teams, coordinating with international stakeholders, and supporting cost optimization and capacity planning.
