Role: Senior UX Engineer – Design Systems
Location: Noida

About the Role
We are looking for a UX Engineer who can bridge the gap between Design and Engineering by building, maintaining, and scaling design systems across multiple products.
This role requires a combination of frontend engineering expertise and design systems experience. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working closely with Product Designers, translating Figma designs into reusable, accessible, and production-ready components.

Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and evolve scalable Design Systems
Develop reusable UI components and shared component libraries
Translate Figma designs into production-ready frontend components
Define and maintain design tokens, theming, and UI standards
Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG standards)
Partner with Product Design and Engineering teams to drive consistency across products
Create documentation, guidelines, and governance for design system adoption
Improve developer experience through reusable architecture and frontend best practices
Participate in design reviews,



code reviews, and component audits

Required Skills
6-12 years of experience in Frontend Engineering, UX Engineering, UI Engineering, or Design Systems
Hands-on experience building or maintaining Design Systems
Experience creating reusable Component Libraries
Strong proficiency in React and/or Angular
Strong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3/SCSS
Experience with Figma
Experience with Storybook
Understanding of Design Tokens and Theming
Experience implementing Accessibility standards (WCAG)
Solid collaboration skills with Product Designers and Engineers

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on SaaS or Enterprise products
Dashboard and workflow-driven product experience
Experience with Monorepo architecture (Nx, Turborepo)
CI/CD exposure
Performance optimization experience
Design System Governance experience
