About the Role
DriveKaro is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Management Intern to join our team. The intern will be responsible for assisting customers throughout their rental journey,



from initial enquiries and bookings to follow-ups and post-rental support.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, solving problems, coordinating operations, and gaining practical experience in customer relationship management and business operations.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels.
Assist customers with vehicle availability, pricing, rental terms, booking procedures, and general queries.
Coordinate customer bookings, vehicle pickups, and drop-offs with the operations team.
Maintain accurate customer and booking records.
Follow up with customers regarding bookings, payments, documentation, and rental requirements.
Handle customer concerns professionally and coordinate with the relevant team to resolve issues.
Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
