About the Role
We're looking for a Community Moderator to help protect the quality of our community. Your job isn't just to enforce rules — it's to maintain the standard of the room. This is a role for someone who exercises judgment independently and communicates with professionalism.

What You'll Do
Monitor community activity and ensure interactions align with our guidelines
Review and act on flagged content, spam, and off-brand behavior
Respond to member reports in a timely, professional manner




Support the team with periodic community health updates

What We're Looking For
Prior moderation experience in a professional or private online community
Strong written communication and independent judgment
Discretion and professionalism
Available 5 hrs/week, including occasional weekends/evenings
Familiar with Slack, Circle, or Discord
