Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager – Direct Sales to lead the direct sales and closing function for our upcoming plotted development project in Nagpur. The role will be responsible for driving direct bookings, managing the complete sales funnel, improving conversion ratios, and achieving assigned revenue targets.




The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in real estate direct sales, lead conversion, high-ticket closures, team management, and customer engagement, with a solid understanding of the Nagpur market.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the direct sales strategy for the plotted development project
Own direct sales bookings and revenue targets across the project
Lead the complete sales funnel from lead allocation and qualification to site visits, negotiations, booking, and initial collections
Drive conversion of company-generated leads, digital enquiries, walk-ins, referrals, and other direct opportunities
Establish structured lead follow-up, lead nurturing, and customer engagement processes
Monitor lead ageing, site visits, negotiations, conversions, cancellations, and booking ratios
Personally drive high-value negotiations and critical closures to maximise sales velocity and revenue
