The Software QA Engineer - Advanced will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable, and customer-focused software products.

In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of 6 to 8 SQA engineers, providing technical direction, fostering a culture of quality, and driving continuous improvement across the Software Quality Assurance lifecycle.

You will work closely with Product Management, Software Development, DevOps, and other stakeholders to define effective test strategies, improve product certification, increase test automation, and ensure quality is built into every stage of the software development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate combines strong SQA expertise, technical leadership, people leadership,



analytical thinking, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop the SQA team: Lead, mentor, coach, and develop a team of 6 to 8 SQA engineers, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing quality engineering culture.
Drive SQA strategy: Collaborate with Product Management, Development, DevOps, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, assess risks, and define comprehensive and effective test strategies for recent features and products.
Own test planning and execution: Lead the estimation, prioritization, planning, coordination, and execution of testing activities, ensuring appropriate coverage across functional, regression, integration, performance, security, and usability testing.
Drive test automation and CI/CD: Champion automation and lead the development, adoption, and continuous improvement of automated product certification testing i
