Role Description The Billing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow at Fah Super Speciality Hospital. The Billing Executive is responsible for managing the complete billing cycle, including generating and verifying patient invoices, processing payments, and ensuring accurate posting of charges and adjustments in the hospital’s billing system.



Daily tasks include coordinating with clinical and administrative teams to clarify charges, resolving billing discrepancies, and supporting patients by explaining bills and payment options in a clear and respectful manner. The role also involves monitoring outstanding accounts, preparing billing reports, supporting compliance with hospital finance policies and regulatory requirements, and assisting in process improvements to enhance billing accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Billing Process and Invoicing, including handling hospital or healthcare-related billing systems.
Demonstrated Analytical Skills to review accounts, identify discrepancies, and support accurate financial reporting.
Effective Communication skills for interacting with patients, clinical teams, and finance staff in a clear and skilled manner.
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Finance principles relevant to medical billing and revenue cycle operations
