Job Title : Solution Architect

Working hours : 1 pm to 10 pm IST

Responsibilities
Create and/or drive the creation of architectures aligned with project roadmaps, platform strategies, governance policies, and standards.
Experience working with global Pharma and Life Sciences clients, with an understanding of their business, technology, and regulatory environments.
Ensure the feasibility of our products/services, understanding business needs, and making informed technology decisions.
Actively participate in the development phase of project delivery, advising projects on technology and architecture trends for decision making.
Provide technical leadership and coaching for team members.
Willingness to step up in abstraction level to solve organizational issues and drive results in big projects.
Provide direct sales support for the sales team by building solutions,



providing solution designs/recommendation presentations, and offering general Q&A; support for prospective customers.
Work closely with the Business Development and Pre-sales teams to support client proposals, RFP/RFI responses, solution presentations, effort estimations, and technical discussions.
Collect and analyze prospective customer setting data (current infrastructure, application products implemented, product customizations) and assist in mapping business needs for the purpose of recommending solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate technology options, define solution architecture, and ensure scalability, security, performance, and maintainability of proposed solutions.
Design and implement scalable solutions leveraging cloud, data, and AI/ML technologies based on client and business requirements.
