Role Description The Independent Director will serve on the Board of Directors, providing objective oversight, strategic guidance, and governance support to BARODA EXTRUSION LTD. This full time, on-site role, based in Vadodara, involves reviewing and approving key policies, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring that the company adheres to statutory and regulatory requirements.
