Job Title – General Manager – Channel Sales
Location – Nagpur

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager – Channel Sales to lead the channel sales function for our upcoming plotted development project in Nagpur. The role will be responsible for building and expanding the channel partner ecosystem, driving sales through brokers and distribution partners, and achieving assigned booking and revenue targets.




The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in real estate channel sales, plotted developments, broker network development, and team leadership, with a strong understanding of the Nagpur market.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the channel sales strategy for the plotted development project
Build, expand, activate, and manage a strong network of channel partners, brokers, property consultants, and distribution agencies
Identify high-potential micro-markets and develop new channel opportunities across Nagpur and surrounding markets
Drive channel-generated bookings and revenue in line with project targets
Establish partner-wise targets, productivity metrics, incentive schemes, contests, and engagement programs
Conduct regular broker meets, project presentations, site visits, training programs, and channel activation initiatives
Ensure channel partners are equipped with update
