Role Description The Procurement Manager is a full-time, in office role based at Anandha Inn Convention Centre in Puducherry. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, including identifying requirements, sourcing suppliers,



and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services for hotel and convention operations. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating and onboarding suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating with departments such as Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Events to meet operational needs. The Procurement Manager will oversee purchase orders, track budgets, maintain procurement records, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and cost standards. The role also involves analyzing market trends, optimizing supplier relationships, and contributing to cost-saving initiatives while supporting smooth hotel and convention center operations.
